Sushi Boxes
A seasonal selection, curated by the chef.
Each Sushi Box includes four chef-selected rolls, along with a rotating assortment of sashimi, poke, fresh produce, house-made sauces and seasonal garnishes.
The contents change based on what is freshest, what is in season and what is available at the market. The photo shows an example of the style, variety and presentation you can expect, but each box will be different.

Chef Tory selects the fish, produce and accompaniments based on quality, seasonality and market availability.
Each box may include:
- Four chef-selected sushi rolls
- Fresh sashimi and seared fish
- Marinated poke
- Seasonal fruit and vegetables
- Seaweed salad, avocado and fresh garnishes
- House-made sauces and accompaniments
